May 27-29 LIFT is bringing together grantees, labor partners, funders, and staff from across the country for three powerful days of connection, learning, and collective strategy in Minneapolis, MN. Learning Days 2025 will be a vibrant gathering where participants ground themselves in shared wisdom through grantee-led workshops and dive into the dynamic worker justice collaborations that make Minnesota a model for the nation. Together, we’ll explore the deep ties between worker power and the broader fight for racial, economic, and social justice—and build bridges between bold organizing efforts and aligned philanthropic visions, forging stronger relationships, better-resourced campaigns, a more resilient movement—and a bold step forward for worker power.
